Visa
Exhibitors and visitors of the show will require a visa to enter Saudi Arabia. Citizens of more than 60 countries may be eligible for an e-visa or visa on arrival. Travellers who hold a valid and previously used US, UK or Schengen visa, or permanent residency, may also be eligible.
The Saudi tourist e-visa is typically valid for one year, allows multiple entries and permits stays of up to 90 days per visit. Passports should be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival.
Eligibility and applications should be checked directly via the official Visit Saudi portal.
Arriving at the venue
Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC) is a modern, purpose-built venue offering state-of-the-art facilities for exhibitions, conferences and business events. Located approximately a 15-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport, the venue is easily accessible and surrounded by a range of accommodation options within a 15-minute radius, providing convenience for exhibitors and visitors travelling to Riyadh.

Taxis
Riyadh’s taxi service is convenient and easy to use. Simply call 920003090 and a driver will be dispatched as soon as possible.
By Car Service
Private car services like Uber and Careem are both available all across Saudi Arabia. If you have either app on your smartphone you can use it in Riyadh otherwise, you can download either app from the Google Play or Apple store to your mobile device.
